Global Media Manager – London Bridge

This Artificial Intelligence office in Australia, the UK, US and Canada, a diverse and growing team, and a network of contractors and crowd workers around the world. We’re looking for a Global Media Manager to help accelerate our growth on the global stage.  As VP of Marketing you will support the delivery of revenue and customer targets globally by driving greater awareness and consideration for products and branding. We’re looking for someone who’s sharp as a whip, has a track record of leading highly engaged teams, and experience in getting things done in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. You will own the portfolio of products completely, which includes the identification of customer needs, the develop of products, the continuous innovation in feature/functionality, the go-to-market and pricing plan, and the P&L ownership of each of our products. You will manage the global marketing function, leading and inspiring the team to achieve results and take action.

This role is based in our London office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the B2B strategy, focusing on generating more awareness, consideration and conversion for the company’s suite of products and services

  • Manage global marketing function, liaising with Sales managers in each territory to ensure localised requirements are addressed, implementing strategic marketing goals and agreed activities
  • Partner with the product and regional teams, to develop revenue and customer growth targets
  • Develop, test, and optimise acquisition marketing initiatives, to deliver on agreed customer targets, at the lowest possible cost
  • Work with VP of Sales across the business to develop sales training tools/collateral, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support
  • Develop and implement customer value management framework
  • Define and execute on the sales enablement strategy for each region
  • Partner with sales teams to understand the product language which resonates best with customers, and creating content and collateral around this product language.
  • Develop and distribute uniformed sales and marketing material for each of product to global sales teams
  • Increase brand awareness through social media marketing, website development, outbound marketing content
  • Lead and manage brand awareness throughout the business, including internal communications improvement initiatives and tools
  • Use marketing knowledge and data collection to influence sales
  • Define strategies on how increase social media following = more sales
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
  • Be a key member of the leadership team. We want you to help us build the future pipeline of talent, whilst helping maintain a highly engaged team
  • Track and communicate results to the leadership team and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets


  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration and/or Marketing
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial roles, with 5 years’ experience in marketing management
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate a clear vision
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to coach and lead people and develop a strong team culture
  • Experience in using customer insight to drive marketing innovation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally the candidate will have experience working in multinational environments, as well as presenting to Boards
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and global office locations

Person Specification:

  • Ability to create a data driven operating rhythm We’re looking for someone who can break down quarterly targets into monthly objectives, supported by weekly activities and near real time monitoring. We’ll need you to confidently revise weekly plans based on what our different data sources are telling us.
  • Influencing priorities across the organisation As a product led business, our VP of Marketing needs to influence the priorities the marketing strategy across the organisation, with objectives and measures supported by a clear vision that the organisation can rally behind. You’ll need to monitor progress, process and results, and design feedback loops into the work.
